Amazing pricing and great flavor! I've been going to this place for months, perhaps a year now, and it never misses. The auntie who works here can be a bit unwelcoming at first. Very straight to the point, doesn't do all the social niceties. She is still very kind though, as she gave me a couple free sesame balls out of nowhere! First impressions are decieving, but the family that works here is super sweet and helpful! 10/10, perfect food, pricing, and I like the people...

Grabbed a couple banh mi to go. Bread was fresh with a nice light crunch, veggies still crisp, meat tender and tasty. Simple, real Vietnamese sandwich flavor… very yummy and still priced fair for the Bay.
