Cato's Tacos Food Truck

I’ve been here multiple times, and I didn’t want to leave a bad review but to be honest the food is aight, but it’s not that good for the price.

Also it’s inconsistent, I’m literally on the toilet at 2am RN because they decided to put a bunch of hot sauce in my quesadilla for no reason this time.

I’ve been let down a few times and I wanted to give them a chance because the reviews were good, but it’s a waste of my money and time to keep getting messed up food and paying $$$ for it.

Visiting my sick mom from out of state and found this tasty food cart after getting disgusted with Safeway’s take out food and outrageous prices. Tacos were so good with everything fresh and perfectly balanced flavors, just the right spiciness. Fast, friendly service too. Will be back (probably tomorrow!)

Got 2 Catos burritos. We normally love this place but tonight we got the skinniest burritos I’ve ever seen. For $38 the flavor is good but I wish they made the burritos even just regular size as whoever assembled these burritos did so with the smallest serving possible.

Best kept secret hiding in plain sight. This food truck offers amazing tacos and Burritos. We tried the carnitas and chorizo and it so good we kept going back for more. Good, clean, accessible and super tasty Mexican food is what you're looking for, Cato's food truck is it.

Ordered through a delivery app. The street tacos were excellent. We ordered two each and perhaps needed four each to be adequately fed! Loved Chorizo, Birria, Al Pastor and Beef were super duper.

$3 a taco. Tried the carne asada, pastor, and cabeza. Sadly al pastor did not come off a rotating spit. Also, pastor came with diced pineapples. They didn't give enough raw diced white onions. All in all, very mediocre tacos. Not coming back.. still searching for the best tacos in the South Bay.
