The Gilroy is my go to! It's honestly my favorite cheese steak shop in the Bay Area. I love how the Gilroy comes with whole roasted garlic cloves, it just melts in your mouth. I'm sad I can't order on doordash anymore due to my location :( but it's a must try!
I was genuinely surprised by how delicious this sandwich was. Flavourful, good quantity, tender.. just fantastic. I would love to have this again. Only complaint was the fries were soggy upon delivery, which made it unappealing. But this receives 5 stars simply for the great sandwich.
I never order the french fries they just don't do a good job with them. The cheesesteaks themselves are amazing regardless of which one you decide to get. Why ruin it an amazing sandwich with mediocre fries. The onions and peppers are great but I often go without them just to get that real meat and cheese flavor.
