I really hope they didn't change chefs. This was my go to place for a breakfast burrito with Jamon (ham). Today It was skimped abit. Layers and layers of tortilla and not enough protein. The ham wasn't charred, and it was simply put on top of the eggs so it got warm from the eggs heat. it used to get seared so it had a better smell and cooked taste. This didn't look like it was put on the grill.

This is my favorite taco spot. Specifically this one, #3. The others are good but this one hits perfectly every time. I never have to worry about the quality or taste. When I want tacos, this is where I go.
