So I go to this location fairly often with my family. I'd say out of the previous 5 times, at least 3 of them, there has been a Pollo Loco employee on lunch break . . . during lunch hour . . . sitting alone occupying a 4 top booth eating lunch. Why is this an issue? Well first, because there are lines backing up due to the lack of people working behind the counter during lunch hour.
