The customer service was just not that great. A guy took my order and there was a lack of customer service/ any sort of positivity. The vibes just seem like he hated his job and with that came hating the customers. I regret tipping. The drink was pretty good. It tasted like it had pretty high-quality ingredients for what it was, but it was also just made a lot of other places have a similar level of quality with coffee. It wasn’t anything amazing I’m not disappointed with...
If you’re looking for a quality matcha latte, look elsewhere. They don’t use ceremonial grade matcha, so the latte I tried was bitter (and overly sweet, why US drinks default to sweet rather than unsweetened is a separate topic!). Other than that, it’s definitely a popular cafe with friendly staff, so go early if you are hoping to find a table for remote work.
Coffee & More has a casual, cozy vibe that gives it the essence of a cute neighborhood café. I ordered the plant-based Impossible burger as a wrap—it was just okay, nothing special. The chicken pesto, on the other hand, was surprisingly good—even as someone who’s not usually a fan of pesto, I really enjoyed it.
Both meals came with a small side salad, but the dressing options were limited to just ranch and one other, which felt a bit restrictive....
