We had a nice brunch at Country Gourmet. We've been here many times and it's always good. I had a turkey sandwich special which had roast turkey, apple chutney and brie. I really liked it. The chutney was a nice compliment to the turkey. My husband had the San Jose omelet. He liked it but said it was a little too salty. He wasn't sure if it was from the bacon or added salt. My dad had Eggs Benedict, which is his go to breakfast dish here. My daughter had granola and a piece of coffee cake. Both were large portions. The granola had great cinnamon flavor. The coffee cake reminds me of the coffee cake that Hobee's used to serve.

This place sucks for lunch. You order a cup of soup which says on the menu that it comes with bread and then they tell you it only comes with the bowl

I ordered the regular combo breakfast. Eggs were fine, link sausage was good, better than the average you can get in other places. The potatoes had too much black pepper (why is this obsession about adding a bunch of black peppers to the country side potatoes??), it’s a shame because they were too greasy. I might come back but it didn’t blew my mind.
I like the atmosphere, there is a lot of space, very family oriented. Service was good.
If you are looking into breakfast places to try this could be an option but try to go with no expectations and it might be a good fit to you. 4 stars but I would put a 3 if it was only about the food.
Caveat: I like food that is more on the balanced side, I understand a lot of people putting a bunch of dressing but I do believe they are missing out. There is so much to enjoy about having the right meal with the perfect seasoning

Meh. Has some interesting items, like the Buddha Bowl, but don't order the french toast. Stand in line to order.

I don’t like the way you order your food there’s no full service You order when you coming in and you have to get your own water .. I feel sorry about for the little girls trying to find your number to bring you the food because they give you a number when you order the service is really poor I wish the use a regular waitress is better for the business and better for us Anyways don’t get disappointed when you visit this place

Disappointed in the bread served with the sandwich. The wheat bread was just like wonderbread. The creamy roasted tomato soup was also thin and uninspired. The quality of the food has gone down a lot.

Food here is basically average family restaurant fare, it’s fine. Omelettes are decent, pancakes are pretty bad and gluey. Most of the servers are teenagers - service is fine but they sometimes forget things.

The one reason I keep coming back here is the buttermilk biscuits! They’re amazing, fluffy and buttery with a nice crust.

Couldn't finish the chicken enchilada due to poor taste. Was served swimming in watery salsa verde with hard chewy spots in places (microwaved?), chicken mix in the enchilada tasted as though it came out of a can. Excessive lime in the guacamole, didn't taste fresh. They did a better job on partner's eggs benedict. Hopefully it was just the weekend chef.
Update: Edited review and added a star based on take-out quiche and coffee cake, both of which were excellent. Maybe guests should stick with breakfast items, or at least avoid the chicken enchiladas.

Consistently good foods. Made well. Tasty. Friendly. Casual. Comfortable. Reasonable prices.

Not much menu options. You can wait for coffee refills forever

Gluten free options are available. Even desserts! I enjoyed their chicken enchiladas and a peanut butter cookie. The portions are big. I like their coffee, too. It’s strong, but not bitter, and they have non dairy milk options for those who need it.

It’s one of those places you order at the entrance. I like these when I’m in a hurry since you’ve already paid.
