About Nahita Bakery

Nahita Bakery offers superb burek and gevrek, recognized for having the best burek in the states. Customers appreciate the quality food, courteous staff, and cleanliness, along with unlimited tea refills. The ample food selection includes vegetarian options like the breakfast plate and a variety of pastries. The space is small but wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking available. The Turkish coffee is strong, and the savory baked items, including olives, cheese, and potatoes, are very popular. The cheese borek is noted for its crispy texture and rich filling, while the water borek stands out with its soft, juicy dough and generous filling. Fried eggs with Turkish sausage are said to be far superior to hotel breakfast. Baklava for the road is also highly praised. The food is not only delicious but also affordable. However, some shelves may be empty on busy days, and the shared space with an ice cream vendor can be confusing. The atmosphere is wonderful, making it a great spot for dinner, though the acoustics can be very loud when the place is full.

Adorable little café with amazing coffee and pastries! The cappuccino was perfect, and the croissant tasted fresh out of the oven. Super cozy atmosphere and kind staff. Can’t wait to come back!
My husband and I visited Nahita Bakery this morning for breakfast and really enjoyed it. The Turkish breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the pastries and borek, flaky, warm, and very tasty. We also enjoyed the eggs, fresh vegetables, cheeses, olives, and of course the Turkish tea.

Everything felt freshly prepared, and the portions were generous. It was a nice, relaxed breakfast experience and a great way to start the morning.
Great traditional Turkish breakfast. Since it is a bakery, everything is made fresh. Don't forget to try menemen while you are there, as well as traditional simit!
