Horrible experience. Went to support this local business. Spent $40 on a meal just to support.
I got:
-beef & broccoli
-fried veggie rice
-crab Ragoon
I get to the car and check everything and the crab ragoon was completely overcooked. Burnt, hard as ever. I go back in and got met with complete rudeness. “We don’t give refunds” “no we can’t remake” “If you don’t like you don’t order next time”
The chicken and broccoli was completely dry also with barely any gravy and my fried rice was barely fried, pretty much white rice and at $40 for that mess I should have gotten QUALITY! Don’t recommend! 0 out of 10
Rude.
Nasty food.

Scratched my throat trying to eat the noodles.. never experienced this before. Had high hopes this would become my new spot but I won’t be near this shop again.

I went there on a Wednesday evening to try their chow mein. It's at the back of the Safeway/Cherry Chase Center, lots of parking. It looks like a mostly take out place, nobody was there dining in. It's a clean table and chair setup with a slight Asian temple incense odor from an arrangement at the back of the restaurant. They have a large assortment of entrees in their steam table pans for the Express Line meals.

I ordered the House Special Combination Pan Fried Noodle to go, since I didn't want to be the only guy eating there. My food was ready in about 10 minutes and the bag felt heavy, good value. The noodles were crispy and got chewier as the gravy soaked in. The combination consisted of shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, broccoli, celery, mushroom, cabbage, green onion and onion in a mild and tasty gravy.

I was happy with my chow mein (good for 2+ meals) and would repeat for their other Cantonese dishes.

This was always my favorite place for years and years. I since moved back to this area and ordered for the first time today. And spent $60 just for the food and a $15 tip. It was the worst food I have ever had. I have always ordered the wor wonton soup and it was not for wonton soup there was no bok choy, shrimp, or barbecue pork in it. It had frozen, corn and peas, chunks of mushrooms and spinach. The fried rice meat was on the verge of going bad, the crab ragan extremely fishy, and I didn't even want to try the beef and broccoli. I was fed up and just made myself a sandwich. So I'm going to tell everybody right now be very careful when you go there I hope I don't get food poisoning from what little I ate. They need to fire that cook!!

First Wok has become a once to twice a week dining experience for me. They have both a Buffet set up as well as a Regular Menu to order from. I have utilized both and can recommend their buffet dishes while also singling out their various to order items like their mu shu dishes, their seafood soup, sizzling rice with chicken soup and wonton soup along with various lo mien dishes and their seafood dishes. I love pot stickers and theirs doesn't disappoint. All in all for the pricing, I consider them a step above in the quality of their food selection.
I continue to highly recomnend them.

Regularly went here, family would go once a week or sometimes twice. Man that helped my mom and brother yelled in front of them about the tip and left my younger brother feeling very uncomfortable. Very rude, will not be coming here anymore.
