Pav Bhaji and More Sunnyvale offers a taste of Mumbai with their Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji. The Vada Pav is served with besan dry masala and two chutneys, just like in Mumbai. The Pav Bhaji is absolutely outstanding—rich, flavorful, and packed with authentic spices that hit all the right notes. It has a spicy kick, although some might prefer it to be a tad less spicy to allow other flavors to shine through. The masala pav is toasted well with butter. Amrutalaya chai is a perfect accompaniment for those enjoying the meal. The chaas is a great complement to the spicy dishes. The service is average; while the staff are polite, there’s room for improvement in efficiency and attentiveness. The ambience is impressive for a food truck, with a clean and well-maintained seating area that provides a comfortable spot to enjoy meals outdoors. However, the portion size is shockingly small, which impacts the overall value for money. Overall, the Pav Bhaji is exceptional, but it would be nice to have the option to order it without butter for a more authentic experience.
