The Vietnamese Coffee was really good, it was sweet and smooth. The atmosphere was a mix of casual yet upscale which was comfortable. The orange chicken was light and fluffy and not too overly crunchy with a soft and balanced flavor. The fried rice on the side paired well in quality. Serving sizes were also generous and filling. Nice spot to have come to.
We booked Ginger Cafe as our wedding caterer and their services helped the day/night run so smoothly. We received so many compliments on how good the food was from so many guests. It was easy to communicate and we were able to stop by the restaurant to do a tasting before booking them as our food vendor. I think I found my new favorite Chinese restaurant! Their chicken and beef are so tender and flavorful and their serving size is generous. They even have chicken bao and chicken shumai. Minus one star because they charge $4 for tea, $7 for white rice, calculate the tip AFTER adding tax, and for not having fortune cookies or something else with the check. Will definitely come back.
