The Crunchy Purple Rice Burrito is a flavor bomb with a symphony of savory Szechuan seasoning, crispy fried Chinese dough (cruller), crunchy pickled veggies, pork, sauerkraut, and other goodness. The purple rice is sturdy and the ratio of ingredients is just right, with the cruller staying crunchy on the inside.
