Fix your AC guys.
Local so we come here often. Used to be pretty alright but lately when I order something here the drink makes both me and my wife unwell. I drink a lot of milk tea and it’s isolated to this location.
Anyway, I ordered a Sparkling Star Jelly Grapefruit a couple days ago and when we took it home the drink was stale. Barely any carbonation. I come in today to order something else and a lady walks up to complain that her Sparkling Star Jelly Grapefruit also has no carbonation. The guy says that’s just how it is because they use a button on the soda stream to carbonate. He shrugged when she asked if it could be remade and said she would need to pay again.
The guy also got my order wrong, getting us a black tea instead of a black milk tea. Maybe he’s new, I’m not sure.
Would be a one star but forgive me for being soft on a place I used to frequent.
Gong cha don’t disappoint
Got a pearl milk tea but it didn’t have boba :(
It was delicious boba and we even got a cute free keychain. My daughter was loving it.
The straws here make the drink taste like cardboard
The store was clean, with tables and chairs, and self-service ordering. The system said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes, so I had to wait. So I wandered around, and when I returned to the store after more than ten minutes, I found that it was ready, but the system didn't send a notification letter. Fortunately, I saw it, otherwise I would have wasted time waiting in vain.
The pearls are good and have Q, but the milk tea is a bit watery. I don’t know if it’s an accident.
One of the best boba tea spots around! The staff is incredibly helpful, especially for beginners, and the place perfectly captures the trendy Bandra vibe.
Very slow service
Tricked us into tipping

I like the chain, but this location took over 20m to make an iced Thai tea… wasn’t even busy, ~4 orders in front of me.

Called to ask about the FFXIV promotion Gong Cha is running. They didn’t pick up and then when I called again, they picked up and hung up on me.

Took nearly 30 minutes to get drinks on 6/10. It was not busy, the two teenagers working insisted on gossiping and not making drinks.

It tastes delicious and is very similar to the taste in Taiwan. The pearls are a bit chewy.
We first visited Gong Cha while we were on vacation in Vancouver, Canada. The girls spotted this Cupertino location. We each got a drink. They have great choices. We will definitely be going back soon.
