If you don't know their secret menus (that are not on the menu), look them up on the Internet before ordering. My favorite is triple triple animal style with well done fries. (And strawberry milk shake - but this is not a secret menu :) )

Arrived before 1:30 I was the last car and they didn’t bother to take my order, they could’ve let me know it as closed but they didn’t bother, there was other cars in front of me and when I reached the window it was closed and they laughed. Terrible in n out and service

It's been happening more lately that it takes longer than usual to get an order to the customer. Had to wait 20 minutes tonight. When your number is 48 and the current order being given out is close to 60, what in the world is the manager even doing?! At least they need to make a better excuse than "waiting on animal fries" 🤦🏿

Good burgers, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and toasted buns! Meat is a little better ordered medium instead of rare. If you order Protein style with extra tomato you get big leaf lettuce so you can actually eat it like a burger!!! Fries need extra crispy, but still won’t be as good as Habit or McD. Wait time can be a little long. Staff and decor is great.
