Look 5 stars is relative, this is a 5 star in n out not a 5 star michelin restaurant. But for an in n out it's what you'd expect. Except this one is especially busy and I feel bad for the staff who have to work during the rushes.

So, it was close to closing time when I pulled into the drive through. All the lights were on, and there were dozens of people eating inside. There were about 5 cars in front of me waiting to order. After waiting 10 minutes or so, it was my turn, and I got to the ordering area, and waited, and waited. After about 10 minutes, with no one contacting me on the intercom, I gave up and pulled forward. The car in front of me was handed their order, and the person giving out the food slid the drive through window closed and locked it. I hadn’t eaten in about 12 hours, and was looking foreword to this, and I am so pissed off.

This is HORRIBLE management. I waited 20 minutes for nothing, and I got to witness the car right in front of me get their order! There are so many things they could have done to alleviate this. They could have turned off the drive through light, they could have turned off the menu light, they could have put out a traffic cone to block the drive through lane, they could have apologized to me, and explained they aren’t taking any more orders on the intercom, as they are now closed, they should have done something, instead of having me sit in silence for 10 minutes, waiting for them to take my order, not knowing what was going on. Any of these things could have, and should have been done, and I’d be fine with it, as it was close to closing time, and they have to close sometime, but making we wait 20 mins. for no good reason, with no explanation is inexcusable.

The food here, as with any In-N-Out, is delicious. However, their syrups in the fountain were low and tasted watered down so I asked them to replace it--but my request was ignored. I want a tasty soda along with my burger amiright 😂??

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places, but I really appreciated the customer service at this In-N-Out.

Davina, the cashier, was super patient with us and very friendly while taking our order. As soon as we walked in, a worker named Cameron opened the door for us, which was such a nice touch! After we sat down, he even came by to wipe our table and make sure everything was clean. Cameron went above and beyond and was attentive to our needs. It honestly made the whole experience feel so welcoming.

I love your food but your owner’s decision to trash ca on her way out will be the reason why i won’t come back. She should live where she wants but to talk down on a state that helped your business is really unwise and a slap in the face.

Cameron is the best employee at In-N-Out! He’s incredibly attentive and thoughtful — today, I had five little ketchup cups, and without me even asking, he brought me a box to carry them. A few days ago, he noticed my T-shirt and started a friendly conversation. He genuinely cares about the customers and what he does. Cameron takes the time to talk to people, connect with them, and make their day better. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and kind. In-N-Out is truly lucky to have him!
