Honestly one of my favorite pho spots in the South Bay! The staff were nice and friendly. I ordered the pho #1 combination which is my go to when I come here. It has everything from tripe, tendon, brisket, steak, meat balls, and ox tail. Yum! The broth was literally made out of ox tail and you can taste the freshness of the soup. You can tell it has been cooking for hours. The meat was so tender as well. My friends and I also ordered the spring rolls, which was so fresh and delicious.
Pork and shrimp vermicelli ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Honestly, comes prepared looking even better than the menu photos. Comes with a heaping amount of food, and all the meats and sauces were well balanced and flavored.Bbq pork banh mi ⭐️⭐️⭐️: bbq pork was a tad dry and, in my opinion, could've used a bit more mayo and pickled veggies.
