At Pho#1 In Sunnyvale, the seafood soup broth was flavorful. Seafood quality was medium-OK except the fish balls tasted awful and should be replaced with better quality seafood.The worst part is that it was a cold January day with outside temperature about 50F and the inside temperature at lunchtime was COLD, which caused two problems: 1) I was cold and I had to keep my winter coat on while eating; and 2) the hot soup broth cooled to an unacceptable level and that ruined the taste.Upon arriving I told two employee it was too cold inside and to turn the temperature up. The female employee seemed irritated and mumbled that the heat was already on. The male employee was more polite; he said it was cold because the restaurant opened only about 20-30 minutes ago. To me, that is a poor excuse. A competent business would set the thermostat to be comfortably warm when the place opens, not 50 minutes after opening.

Honestly one of my favorite pho spots in the South Bay! The staff were nice and friendly. I ordered the pho #1 combination which is my go to when I come here. It has everything from tripe, tendon, brisket, steak, meat balls, and ox tail. Yum! The broth was literally made out of ox tail and you can taste the freshness of the soup. You can tell it has been cooking for hours. The meat was so tender as well. My friends and I also ordered the spring rolls, which was so fresh and delicious.

Pork and shrimp vermicelli ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Honestly, comes prepared looking even better than the menu photos. Comes with a heaping amount of food, and all the meats and sauces were well balanced and flavored.Bbq pork banh mi ⭐️⭐️⭐️: bbq pork was a tad dry and, in my opinion, could've used a bit more mayo and pickled veggies.

Saturday lunch with two hungry kids here around 12:30pm, no line or crowd. We got seated when the moment we walked in, simple decoration and neat clean, between tables , either decent distance or transparent screen. Very Covid conscious. Definitely recommended for family quick bite , there is a kid size Pho, which makes my kids very happy. We ordered two kids meal pho , plus one #16 and #48, the potion is good enough and soup is yummy, meat is fresh. The one point off because my #16 only one slice tendon .

Love the food. I would recommend this for pho lovers, Chinese food lovers, and people who’s just in the mood for hot pho. I ordered a pho #2 and bread. The bread was AMAZING, and so was the pho. Unlike the McDonald’s next to it, it has great service, great food, and a calm atmosphere. Will definitely come back.☺️( sorry I don’t have photos)

It was my first time here at this pho location and I have to say it did not disappoint. My cousin ordered a combo rice plate and I ordered the thin beef pho. We also got an appetizer of the fried tofu. For the combo rice plate, everything was really good. The rice was actually kind of soggy. It should be a little bit more firm to go with the fish sauce.The pho broth was actually really decent and pure. The beef sliced could have been a little bit more thinner just because it was kind of chewy. The fried tofu was on the spot. It could have been fried a little bit longer to get more of a crunchy on the surface and soft in the inside, but it was really good, especially with the sweet-and-sour dip. The ambience was nice. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't as busy as we thought it would be. Every table was close by a clear divider, making it very private, yet open for waiter/waitress to bring your food.I would definitely come by again just because the price was decent and everyone was super nice .

3.5 Large restaurant with extensive menu. Seems like they have all kinds of Viet food on the menu, from noodles to vermicelli to rice plates, to vegetarian food. Came for lunch with some friends and we got different kinds of pho. I got beef pho with tai bo vien. Broth was flavorful but too much msg it made my tongue dry. Regular bowl with lots of Rare steak. Beef balls were a $2 add on and they gave me like 4 pieces, so 2 whole balls. Not worth it, beef balls were chewy and not great. Service was nice and fast. The workers were Viet but I noticed there weren't a lot of Vietnamese patrons in the restaurant. Overall, decent but there's better places around.
