Found this new Food truck as advertised on Nextdoor app !We rushed to see if it was any good. This was their first day and they started off with a limited menu. The owner Avi (Avatar) seemed determined to make this a success and I was happy to see his zeal and enthusiasm.We ordered 3 items to start with : The Paneer Pakoda, The Honey Chili Cauliflower and Chai.While the Honey Chili Cauliflower was good, the standout for us was the Paneer Pakoda! Fresh paneer and amazing breading made it our favorite immediately!The chai was served in a Kullhad ((earthen cup) the traditional Indian way. They got the cups made from Mexico as it takes too long to get them from India, but worked just as well!!Will be back to check out other items on his menu
