Madurai Biryani House

I recently ordered a goat fry biriyani and a jigarthanda to go from Madurai Biriyani House, and I must say, both were amazing! The biriyani was perfectly spiced, with tender pieces of goat that melted in my mouth. The flavors were rich and authentic, making it one of the best biriyanis I've ever had.

The jigarthanda was a delightful surprise, providing a refreshing and creamy complement to the spicy biriyani. It's clear that Madurai Biriyani House takes great care in preparing their dishes with quality ingredients and authentic recipes.

I can't wait to order from them again and explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!

Appam was ultimate. House chicken 65 briyani, parotta, kothu parotta was excellent. Food was bit spicy. You have to mention ur spicy level.

I tried their boneless fish biryani special, and it was hands down the worst fish biryani I've ever had in my life. I seriously doubt they've ever tasted their own dish or compared it to what other nearby Indian restaurants offer. It's laughable that they dare to call themselves "Biryani House"!
Chicken biryani was no better, for the price they could at least serve boneless chicken in the biryani.

Vegetarian options: South Indian Style.

Didn't like the boneless biryani I ordered. Seemed more like the biryani at a north Indian restaurant. I ordered Tea and got a masala chai which was thick and tasted like a gravy.
Didn't know Madurai was famous for masala chai!!!.

Ordered Madurai sinthamani chicken, bun parotta with fish curry and goat biryani. None of the dishes were upto the mark, biryani being the biggest disappointment. All the dishes were salty especially the biryani. Bun parotta did not seem like the authentic one, it was bigger and less fried than how it should be. The fish curry had no flavor and aroma of fish in it, it seemed like cooked fish was just added to the gravy and served but not cooked together. And biryani lacked flavor and was heavily salted. Basic ambiance with good service by the hostess. Wouldn’t recommend this place for biryani at all.

AMAZING BIRYANI!! Try their house special boneless biryani and 777. I think now they’ve started using ghee in their biryani and it tastes awesomeeeee ?Kottu paratha is the best I’ve had here and the quantity is crazy ✅

This was the badest experience in this restaurant.1 They took long of time by saying 5 min 5min And when i say them that how much long more time it will take.they said in a disgusting way in a manner less way both of the people in counter said.
