Good restaurant with lots of non veg options. I am giving g 5 starts for service. Our server Swati was kind enough to ask for our preferences and brought all the entrees promptly with the right spice levels as requested. They offer complimentary soups for all dine in customers. Loved it.

TLDR: Great food- nice and spicy, a little slow service but overall good experience Tried the recently opened Madurai Biryani House with loads of expectations and it delivered. It has something for everyone's taste- the vegetarian vs meat options, spicy vs non spicy, parota and rice! The stand out was the bun parotta which was crispy and soft! We loved their goat sukka which was very authentic and had the spicy kick as expected. The chicken biryani and Paneer dishes were good too. The Fish curry was not the best and could've been more flavorful. Reducing one star because of the slow service and fish curry. Overall a good meal!

Not the right place for biryani, I ordered house spl chicken biryani.May be I should try other items from menu, but definitely not biryani.
Went with a lot of expectations based on instagram bloggers' reviews but now I understand that such reviews can be biased and inconsistent. The goat sukka was very chewy, undercooked and bony, hardly any meat. That's not the kind of dish you serve. With wonderful options throughout the Bay Area, they should be cautious if they want loyal customers. Adding a star for the bun paratha which was better.
