If you're looking for hookah, definitely try this place out. I moved to the bay area mid 2022 and had been looking for outdoor hookah when I finally came across Nargile Cafe. They are also attached to Mangal Grill so you can also get really great food while you are smoking. Definitely will come back!
Was here a few weeks ago, lovely place, killer hookah. One of few spots in the bay that does it all right. Quite liked their fruit-oriented cocktails.Next to/joined with what I hear is a great restaurant. Place has cigars, open air, heated, fun music, late hours, etc, even saw some board games out. Will 100% be back.

They were busy as it was Valentine's Day and I was happy to see they had business! However knowing it was a holiday they should've expected it. We asked for coffee and we were told “no we can't do coffee as the bar is busy”. The service overall was lacking. We took our group somewhere else for post dinner coffee and dessert. We will return as the service is normally okay and the food is delicious.
