The girl who was serving had no gloves on and literally pressed the scoop in with her thumbnail for the customer in front of me.

I Went to the place after dinner yesterday with my family. Loved the vibe and service. It was pretty crowdy. There was only one staff member.
she has great sense of humor.
Tried around 6-7 flavors.
My mother loved the mawa. I personally liked the mitha paan and Kids loved the tutti fruiti.
Overall, its a pretty good place to go for that sweet tooth cravings.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is good with kids.

Reached the place at 10:20pm, was waiting in a long queue. At our turn, staff refused service saying that store closes at 10:30pm. Either change your closing hours or serve every customer who came to the store before 10:30pm. Staff were a bit rude when rejecting service too.

Visiting from NC.
We got three different flavors. All three tasted almost the same ( vanilla)
Fig- vanilla with small hard to find pieces of fig
Paan- vanilla mixed with Gulkand ( 2 stars )
Kesar - vanilla with no kesar
My bil had warned us about this … we should have believed him :(

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. It was a half sheet double layer of Butterscotch and Falooda. Tasted so good and It was a super hit! Service from the team was also excellent and prompt on time as promised. Thank you.

They serve plain vanilla ice cream in the name of different flavors. Waste of money!
Not the best. The flavors are broad but the staff will scold you for wanting to try more than 2 flavors lol. Overpriced and place feels kinda rundown and there’s better options in the area

Visited Nirvanaag Ice Cream over the weekend, and it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The atmosphere was pleasant, and they offer a wide variety of unique flavors, which is great for those looking to try something different. I decided to go for the Gulab Jamun ice cream, but it was just average—not as impressive as I was hoping for.
The shop itself has a clean and welcoming vibe. If you're in the area and looking to try some fusion flavors, it might be worth a stop, though I’d probably explore other options next time. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but I wasn’t blown away by the taste.

Hi
They have 36+ flavors!!
It’s my to go.
Tried most, and they were a bang! They do a great job trying to bring out the accurate root flavors
The one in the pic is a mitha pan.
Definitely recommend!!!

Love their black currant ice cream, the Cassata and their badam pista kulfi
A tired interior and staff around 6pm on a Sunday. Plenty of Indian specific flavors of ice cream, sorbet and cakes and traditional American flavors like Chocolate, Strawberry and Coffee Almond Fudge. Regular cones, sugar and waffle varieties along with cups. Satisfied our desire for a cool treat.
