Very nice place and reasonable rents and move in and move out was smooth. Cleaning charges are just around $300.
The best thing about Olive garden was the lush green outdoor environment and two pools. Apartments are okay, not great, but not too bad either. No in-unit laundry and that is a problem. The biggest problem is the manager Michael who is rude and doesn't smile, has dead expression in his face and in every conversation it appears like he is doing a favor to us.
