The best thing about Olive garden was the lush green outdoor environment and two pools. Apartments are okay, not great, but not too bad either. No in-unit laundry and that is a problem. The biggest problem is the manager Michael who is rude and doesn't smile, has dead expression in his face and in every conversation it appears like he is doing a favor to us. If you get to work with any person other than this guy Michael, it will help your mood for the day, else guaranteed to a bad day after talking to him. The low rating is because of this manager.

This is NOT the olive garden high cuisine italian restaurant that you are looking for. Be ware. 3 stars cause i have no idea if the apartments are good, but my family was very disappointed.
You'd have to be out of your mind to not live here if you're looking for an apartment in the Sunnyvale-Mountain View area. The staff are gems - they make living here a delight. The amenities, while nothing to boast of, are reasonably good. The place is well maintained, clean, and family friendly. Don't pass this gem of an apartment complex up...
I wish I could give these guys 5 stars.PROS: Management, maintenance, and the complex were AMAZING. I had no complaints with any of these three things. You are assigned parking so you never have to worry about parking. Units are cheaper than other complexes around the area and it’s close to downtown Sunnyvale, the highway and grocery stores.CONS: Bugs, bugs, bugs. I lived on the first floor and no matter what I did to prevent them from coming jn, there would always be bugs. No central A/C or heater. No in unit W/D unfortunately as well. But it’s understandable due to the prices of the units.Like I said, I wish I could give this complex 5 stars but due to the constant bugs I have to notch it down 1 star.
This is not an Olive Garden. There are no warm breadsticks or endless salads here. Using the name of a famous brand to show up in their search results would be clever if it weren't so irritating.
Pros: Great staff and safe neighborhood, very near various grocery stores and restaurants. Quick access to (< 5 min) 101. Maintenance is very prompt and do a good job. AT&T Fiber available.Cons: The apartments are somewhat older and do not have in-unit washer/dryer and air conditioning (at least the units we have seen).
The manager Michael is very rude. Once he started the argument when we pressed him for safety of apartment's stove. We were really concerned about it as the burner coil burst one day, causing fire and needing us to evacuate & seek emergency help.
We lived here around two years and it went well for most part except few hiccups. The best part is location. El Camino is walkable and everything is accessible. The apartments are constructed in very thoughtful way. You get a townhome feeling because of independent entrance and private patios(for 1st floor apartments only) They have kept the community very clean and organized. Some of the minor issues:
Nice, convenient, economic, but a little noisy due to the neighbors.

Wow. Such a horrible personnel. I just called them to book a tour and the guy who picked up phone acted like a total j****

Good location and cheaper rent compared to other communities in Sunnyvale. And very nice garden setting.
Stayed here 2011-2013. Loved the place. Friendly staff and very good neighborhood. No loudness, no pets.
We stayed here for a short 6 months and loved the place. Management(Erica) was very helpful in initial transition, maintenance and finally during vacating the apartment.
