Pacific Catch is a restaurant that offers a good selection of food options with adequate portions and fresh seafood. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the Pupu platter, edamame, crudely sprout and corn sides, double rainbow roll, miso blackened cod, and ceviche bowls. The restaurant provides excellent service, with attentive servers and excellent drink service. The atmosphere is a lovely open space, making it easy to carry on conversations. The food is prepared with care, and the appetizers are as high-quality as the meals. The menu also includes creative and healthy salads, excellent miso soup, and a surprisingly good hamburger. The bartenders pour great drinks, and the restaurant has a large parking lot shared with Target. Despite some changes to the dessert menu, Pacific Catch remains a great dining option.
