My experience was on a Sunday about 11 30 a.m. there was only one person who was waiting on tables and doing cashiering and doing everything else. He was pleasant enough except that it was sort of awkward because I asked for a menu and it took quite a while to get it while he went to the cash register and rang something up and then dealt with the one other customer in the store.
