Great little pho shop, decently priced and good taste for value. Also, good combo options.

Some of the best pho I’ve had anywhere. They’re pretty committed to their closing hours, so if you go, be sure to get there at least 40 minutes before closing. The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the dining area. I do wish they had later hours sometimes, but that’s just a selfish desire on my part because our family tends to do things later at night than most people. When we want pho, we just try extra hard to get there early enough like normal people during acceptable dinner hours. It’s worth it, the broth is just so good!

Tidy and clean pho restaurant in/near downtown Sunnyvale's Cityline. Great staff. Delicious pho that can be tailored to your preference.

Located in Sunnyvale downtown, this unassuming place offers one of the best pho in the area. You can either customize your pho (cheaper) or go with their selection of special pho (expensive). The broth was really rich and flavorful. I picked the custom pho option and added beef brisket and steak to the pho. The meat was tender but slightly less juicy than my liking (still really good). Noodles were also really good with just the right texture. Their Thai tea was decent too (just know that it may look large but it's probably small or medium because of the ice). The service was fast and friendly so that's great too.

PhoEver? More like PhoNEVER again.
I wanted to love this place—I really did. With all the hype about their broth being simmered for 16 hours, I was expecting something rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting. But what I got was the complete opposite. The broth was shockingly bland, almost as if it had been watered down beyond recognition. It had none of the depth or warmth that makes a great bowl of pho so satisfying.
And the noodles? Overcooked to the point of disintegration. Every bite was a mushy disappointment, falling apart in the already flavorless broth. To make things worse, the broth wasn’t even hot enough. Pho should be served piping hot, with steam rising as you stir in fresh herbs and condiments. Instead, it was lukewarm—yet another letdown in an already disappointing meal.
Desperate to salvage the experience, we asked for fish sauce, hoping for a miracle. But even that couldn’t breathe life into this bowl of sadness.
The only thing that didn’t disappoint was the service—the staff was friendly and accommodating. But no amount of kindness can make up for a pho that lacks soul. Pho is supposed to be comforting, nourishing, and full of flavor. This was anything but.
Heartbreaking. I won’t be back.

Avoid the banh mi, chicken banh mi was one of the most disappointing ones I've had. I've heard good things about their pho so maybe I'll try that the next time.
Quantity, price, taste, and ingredient ratio was all off in the chicken banh mi.
