I love the food! The waitress was super nice. I ordered the rice chicken biryani. This is everything i wanted. I want the restaurant to show me what kind of food they can expedition. I don't want the same Indian food that feels like it taste the same everywhere. The taste was otherworldly. It was refreshing, unique, and authentic!

Naan N Masala is a solid Indian restaurant and a great addition to the Sunnyvale Murphy Street food scene. It is located behind the main Murphy Street, on the back side near the parking lot, next to Fibbar MacGee's. The ambiance is nice and bright, clean and fancy with white tablecloths and background Indian music, though not overly fancy.
The food is delicious and tastes fresh, with generous portions not often seen in Indian restaurants. Dishes mentioned as tasting great include the butter chicken, which is delicious and features tender chicken, and the chicken curry. The Chicken 65 was noted for its right spiciness. Other enjoyed items are the palak paneer, which has good flavor and is not too spicy, and the chickpea balls served in a yoghurt sauce. The garlic naan is okay but a little thicker than some are used to.
Service is described as attentive but not overbearing, and the restaurant is open late. It is a good option for both dinner and late-night dining. Tips include that they seem to have online deals for to-go orders and offer free wifi. It is worth a few steps off of Murphy Street to give it a try.
