I've never had pupusas before, but I really wanted to try it. I happened to come across this food truck outside of Santa Clara Valley Hospital, so I got the 2 pupusa plate for$10. I got a Bean and Cheese Pupusa, and a Carne Asada Pupusa. It came with Curtido, which is pickled veggies, and I got the spicy salsa. Been driving past this food truck many times as we like getting Kona Island Coffee in the same parking lot around the corner and noticed this place always has people there. SO decided to give them a try and I'm SO GLAD we did!!! Got the 2 Pupusa plate - the Chicharron and Polo Con Queso. HIGHLY recommend especially with the pickled cabbage and we added the mild salsa! The pupusas were pretty average & it costs more than other pupuserias. Ive had better in other places. The masa was kind of dry that day I purchased and the zucchini and cheese lacked some flavor, but the reubuelta one I had was the best tasting in my order that day
