Food was meh. Typical low grade greasy Chinese takeout. Kitchen was unsanitary. I witnessed the cook picked his nose and wiped on his butt before stuck his hand in the flower dough or whatever he was mixing for the customers. The lady was rude. There was a mistake with the order. They made two identical entries by accident and I only picked one I ordered on the app. They called me cursing and I said I had no problem going back picking up the duplicate order had they speak politely like civilized people. The lady refused to listen but kept on going and going how they were such victimized restaurant workers because of me (trying to go back and help them fix the issue?) they must have a really difficult life and feeding to the anger and hate towards the world. Do you really want to consume food carrying this energy?

Great place for lunch near my work. I can pick up a two item plate quickly and the price is very reasonable. I like all the entrees I've tried and I adore the garlic eggplant.

Yelp reviews aren't accurate. The chef/owner used to work at Chef Chu. Been in business 6 years. He doesn't speak English. Everything to go. Most if not all of his customers are native Chinese speakers. Cheaper than Chef Chu.. but also cost reduced. Extensive menu. Will take months or years to go through it. If you look closely you can see some menu items from CC like Lemon Sauce Chicken. The mushu pork/chicken or any protein you want is the same. The walnut prawns, lobster prawns, black pepper beef and mongolian beef are very similar to CC. The kung pao may be spicier than the CC version. I dont see the CC potstickers or duck or chicken salad yet. Maybe not looking hard enough. Mapo tofu: he has the secret chef chu umami laden recipe. Different layers of salty and spicy and some savory. Not super mala. Vegetable Noodle Soup: can see the resemblance to the Chef Chu vegetable soup mix with plethora of water chestnuts, napa cabbage, etc... Looks like the same noodles as what Chef Chu uses. Bokchoy Shitake Mushroom: fresh. Also very similar to CC. The intestine dishes are not served at CC. Never seen such a large variety of intestine dishes. Think hot dog with flavorings. Large togo volume between 4-6pm. Never seen anything like it. People running around to make schedule cutoff. Go there and order from the menu directly and sit outside if you want a couple bucks off. The printed menu prices are a little lower than the online prices. Probably too much trouble to mess with it. 12-13$$ for 3 item lunch combo steam rice doesn't count as one of the items.

Fantastic Chinese spicy food! The location is convenient for people around to get your bento boxes on working days. And never forget to bring your friends there. the cold chicken in house made chili oil is the best forever. Love this place and hope to dine in soon!

I had a random craving for chow fun and sought the nearest one possible from my office. House chow fun portion is great and includes chicken, BBQ pork and shrimp and veggies. I did not have high expectations and with some sriracha and soy sauce, my craving is satisfied! If you want to satisfy a quick craving and live/work nearby, this will do the job!

We ordered the mapo tofu and spicy boiled fish.Overall tasty food, however there is a noticeable lack of that iconic mala numbing.Requesting extra spice just got more chili flakes added on top.Recommend to anybody with a low spice tolerance who still wants Szechuan flavors.

When I first walked in all I saw was a sea of paper bags laid out on the tables. I guess that was their way of saying "take out only due to pandemic". I got there late for the lunch special, my expectation was low. I asked the lady to recommend something spicy, she recommended the jalapeno chicken and the mapo tofu. I liked the spiciness of the jalapeno chicken, I know what a jalapeno pepper is but it never crossed my mind to stir fry it with chicken. That was surprise #1.Surprise #2 was the mapo tofu. It looked sort of pathetic in my food box, but wow, it was delicious! Even better than what make at home. Whatever spices they use, it was a flavor profile I have never had before. I would have liked some ground pork and green onions in the dish, but maybe that would make it too Cantonese....this is supposed to be Sichuan after all.I will be going back for a giant order of the mapo tofu. I tried to get menu, but they said it was only online. Of course my QR reader didn't work that day. Ughh.Humm...I wonder if I can talk them into adding pork and green onion to the tofu when I go back. Or maybe I can tweak the dish with my own stir fried ground pork when I get the box home. ?Actually without a menu, I'm not even sure mapo tofu is the right name. It looks sort of like the mapo tofu I see at Chinese restaurants. Here's a picture of the tofu in my take out box.Yeah, it needs work on the presentation, but OMG...it is so delicious. ?I was a happy boy yesterday. ?

Wow surprised by many negative reviews. I was craving sichuan food and found this place on Google. Previously tried Da Sichuan and it was just ok and pricey. This place is legit! I always get Sichuan fish fillet in red chili oil (I dont know the official name). It was soooo good! Very fresh ingredients, authentic and delicious. I will be back for more ?

I love this restaurant! Diverse dishes, authentic sichuan flavor, fresh ingredients, decent price! We ordered very often from them and the boss gave us discount sometimes, haha! I love this dish in the image (customized fish and pork intestine)
