I love this place! Always friendly, great place to grab and go early morning. Their Vietnamese coffee & breakfast made to order bagels sandwiches, maaaaan, just awesome hot, delicious, filling!! Small, cozy mom and pop shop that sells sandwiches and bagels. Bagel was perfectly toasted and it had the right amount of cream cheese. Simple, but delicious.Would come again to try other bagels/sandwiches.

Been coming here since 2015 or so and never been disappointed! They also have fruit smoothies with boba now which is a welcome addition to the lineup of breakfast items and specialty coffee drinks! Couple owners and always great and friendly service!
