Staff clearly begrudgingly made my frap order horrifically. I used my stars to pay for the order but if I had not it would have been over $10. For a Frappuccino with cold foam. That came with no cold foam. Then the rude cashier told me the cf was under the whipped cream, and gave me some lame excuse about how I didn’t ask them to change the lid. Yall there was a dollop of whipped cream and no cold foam. I wanted my stars returned or drink remade. The incompetent cashier had to ask his very RUDE supervisor who then proceeded to give me RBF and told me there was nothing they could do about it/to call customer services. No offer to remake my drink. I know this is very much a first world problem. It’s just not the way I’d like to start my morning, with shitty drinks and even shittier customer service. DO BETTER.

This Starbucks was in the old Olsen’s cherry stand on El Camino in Sunnyvale. Great atmosphere inside and close to other restaurants like P.F. Chang’s and Trader Joe. Recommend recommended highly.

Recently remodeled so ambiance seems nice, until your conversations and thoughts are drowned by the too-loud corporate-mandated music. Recommend bringing noise-cancelling headphones so you can think!

Personally not a big Starbucks fan. But this location seems to be my go-to whenever I'm in the area. Fresh hot coffee, excellent prompt service. well staffed, cheerful, helpful and interactive staff. Clean, spacious and well lit interior. nice outdoor seating, weather permitting.
