Stopped for a coffee on a Friday morning. This Starbucks inside of a Target store has a post-apocalyptic feel. No decor, it's all been (obviously) torn out with exposed rusty pipes and few, perhaps 3 or 4 tables and chairs that are scattered about as if no one cares what the place looks like, (because OBVIOUSLY no one does.) It's a step above drinking coffee in a parking lot, as the store is heated.

The fall pumpkin spice latte is very bad. I usually love Starbucks coffee and the fall pumpkin flavor used to be good.This year it was bad , like I don't even feel like coming back again.

Really really poor service by employee. Sad, I walked all the way to Starbucks, waited in the long line, I was very patient as the employee was training. Then when it was my turn, and I Bywanted to purchase a bag of coffee and needed it to grind at level 6. The employee took several looks at the machine and realized it was already cleaned. She then said she couldn’t grind this for me today , and she couldn’t say why. I asked several times and she wouldn’t tell me the reason and finally said “yea it’s not working”.My gosh I was soooo upset, ruined my Sunday.
The cashier barista was so rude. She raised her voice at us over a simple question. She looked annoyed to take our order and was not welcoming at all. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks. Such a shame because I go to this target all the time. Target, hire friendlier people. Stop hiring jaded rude people who don’t care about their job and ruin your customers day. She raised her voice and was rude to us on a simple issue. I just asked for one of the drinks to be switched and it triggered her. If I could give 0/5, I would.

Cats Fastert
This Starbucks is located on the second floor of the Target in what used to be the Sunnyvale Town Center. It does have beautiful, tall windows that let in lots of light, but currently they all look out on construction of new taller buildings. There is lots of open space and cement benches to sit on, but there are few chairs, and those are wood and uncomfortable. The space is dirty with trash lying around. The man who helped me was great and they carry all the usual food and beverage options. If you’re shopping at Target anyway, it’s a great place to grab a coffee. But it’s not a nice place to settle in and get some work done.

My experiences at Starbucks have been average overall, earning them a three-star rating. One positive aspect is that the drinks are consistently served at the right temperature, which is a plus. I also appreciate that the store is relatively cleaner compared to some other coffee shops I've been to. Additionally, I've encountered welcoming staff members who create a friendly atmosphere. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of wait times and ensuring that orders are accurate. Overall, Starbucks is an okay choice for a quick coffee fix, but there are areas where they could enhance the customer experience.
