This was my first time coming to TOGO'S, where I was taken because they liked American-style food.I only knew SUBWAY, but I feel like I've found something that surpasses it.I went around 13:30 instead of around 12:00 noon.There aren't that many seats, but four people could sit at two tables.?I like cheese, so I decided to try it with cheese.I thought the size would be big since it's from the US, but it was a reasonable size.Drinks are small and refills are free.I would like to go back to Sunnyvale next year.Everyone please come and check it out.

To start off I want to say I love togos but this location it's horrible service and very dirty. I walked in a there was one other costumer ahead of me, I placed my order and waited almost 15mins just get my sandwich. The twins that work are very rude and don't know how to communicate at all and if you ask anything they seem almost mad. The one twin doing my sandwich stop making it to go to the cash register and help someone while there was another extra 2 available employees, he them took his gloves off and once he was done put them back on like if there reusable,like come on you literally have a box of them right behind you,change them. Another thing I saw that it's pretty GROSS is the handles of the refrigerator they use to keep their cut products is super duty almost a shell around the whole handle, you can tell that it's been a very long time that it hasn't been clean, it sucks because they are are touching that handle every time they are preparing the sandwich. Overall if you want a decent sandwich I would avoid this location and go elsewhere, until they address their issues and train their staff on how to handle food and provide at least the essentials of costumer service.

I had no idea there was a TOGO'S right by the gym. I kinda lumped TOGO's with Subways so I was so surprised at how friendly the workers here were. Upon walking in, we were actually greeted despite how busy they were. We came on a Saturday around noon and there was a long line. Luckily I ordered online and my order was ready when I walked in. I got their new French Dip (filled with roast beef) and Pastrami Dip. Both came with piping hot au jus on the side for dipping. oh my godddd it was sooo good!!! I did not have high hopes but it far exceeded it. They did forget the pepperocinis I added on the sandwiches which I think would've elevated the flavor profile but it was still so good. I will say that it was pretty pricey. Two 9-inch sandwiches with chips and a large drink came out to $45 so that did take me by surprise. But if I were to recommend a sandwich, this location would be on the list because of the service and cleanliness.

Great customer service. Food was made to detail. Wait time was brief and they had cheese broccoli soup (hot) which is my favorite ?.First time here and many more to go. Clean store and bathroom. Lots of parking space out front. Totally recommend this place.

I've been coming here for years for a quick lunch, always good service and the friendliest people! I'm honestly very shocked to see the 3 star rating, the food always tastes amazing and every single employee makes sure they're getting your order correctly. There are a few tables inside for seating but is mostly a grab and go place. Always an 11/10 for me

Methodical, thoughtful, and engaged. I had a complicated order (different sauces), and Tiffany made sure to remember each sandwich specification and was very helpful and kind. We've been coming to this Togos for years, and I've not been disappointed.

I'm surprised to see 3 stars. I always receive excellent and super speedy service here. Plus I feel like the sandwiches and salads are made with care and taste extra fresh for some reason. I order Togos often for work events. Large catering orders and customized box lunches. The app is so easy to make changes for my picky eaters. And the people who run this particular location are so on top of it all. It's really clean inside and runs like a well-oiled machine. Even when I have to make just a single order during their busy rush hours, I'm amazed by how fast and accurate they are able to make a delicious sandwich!

If you're standing under order they will assume you're waiting for pickup.Both my bf and I were wanting something quick and "healthy" so we decided to get togos since it's close by to our house. We go inside and head under the order sign. We didn't get acknowledged since the person was rushing to make online orders, totally understandable. While we were waiting we were looking at the menu debating on what we were going to get. The person who was making sandwiches approached us and says another employee would be with us after she finishes washing some salads we said no worries because we know they make salads as well. So we waited and noticed the individual walking out, the person who was out in front scolded at the lady "where's the salad I need that salad!" Me and my bf didn't say anything but heard how they spoke. Another couple walked in and immediately they were greeted and asked if they were picking up or placing an order, the worker told them to wait behind us. Like another 2 mins the worker approaches to the couple behind us and asked them what would they like to order? The couple asked the worker aren't you going to take their order? (Pointing at us) the worker said no they are waiting to pick up so what can I get started? Me and my bf looked at each other and the couple kept saying are you guys going to order? We told the couple no cause I guess we r waiting to order. They went ahead and ordered cause the worker made it clear that we were there to pick up. I told my bf let's go and so we left, And went to subway instead.If we were waiting for an order we would've waited under pick up not order, plus we weren't even greeted at all.Disappointed at how we were treated in the establishment, would I come back? Probably not. Would I place an online order to pick it up maybe.
