Had to wait five minutes for someone to come to the cash register - not sure what they were doing because no one picked up orders in the following hour. Then when I got my smoothie, some ingredients appeared to be missing... I also wanted to ask whether there was a wifi password, but the worker disappeared again, and didn't come out for the remaining hour I was there.

Good menu. Very slow service. To get more customers you need to add more staff

Came in to no one at the front counter and no guests in the store. Ordered two smoothies with no alterations at 5:17 and was told it would be a 14 minute wait. Did not get my smoothies until at 30 minutes later. The party who ordered significantly after me was served first. Smoothies were pretty bad. One of them was sour to the point of being undrinkable. The other one was basically just water. I had one of my friends try the drinks and he made the same comment.

Horrible service, dropped my drink and remade it with a quarter of the cup empty and used to same cup they dropped. Didn’t realize until I was on my car that the cup had two cracks and the smoothie was literally warm and mushy

Visited for an acai bowl and avocado toast. While the food was okay, the overall experience was disappointing. We had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, despite ringing the bell. Most concerning was a strange, unpleasant odor in the shop that made it very uncomfortable to dine in. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Power protein smoothie was watery and felt like I could have made it w some frozen fruits and almond milk. Couldn’t taste if they added the whey protein. Saw their food source delivery guy bring in simple Almond Breeze brand almond milk.
Tables were not clean and lights were off. Bathroom was really messy and had no paper towels.
No one was at the counter, so you ring a bell, but there’s no sign telling you to do that.
Took slightly longer than expected to receive a smoothie, but they have a sign saying sorry for the wait, we build everything from scratch.

2 smoothies took longer than 25 minutes, and the orders were messed up at first and then redone still wrong. Prefer the vitality bowls in Mountain View

Worst staff that any store could hire

Called multiple times to make sure they were open, no answer. Arrived at the store and the doors are locked and the lights are off at 8:30pm when it’s posted on the door and google that you close at 9:30pm. Two teenagers are staring at me guiltily and ran from the window. Terrible service and it’s a blessing I didn’t purchase anything. I’ll stick with the redwood location.

Store is wide open with nobody attending. Rang the bell, waited, nobody showed up. I left.

I preordered online, came late to pick up but still had to wait. The salad was not good and the drink was horrible.

I like the taste of the acai bowls here. But each time I have ordered with them, they have always missed at least one ingredient that I paid extra for, and they don't even pick up your calls. Never place online orders with this store- make sure you check your order in person at the store.
