I haven't been to Wingstop restaurants for years, today I happened to drive by, and decided to give it a shot.
I used my mobile app to order the $9.99 3-piece Chicken Tenders Combo, a choice of spiciness & a dip as well as a side and a fountain drink. Not bad for a quick lunch, even though it was past 2pm, there were still about 1/3 full inside.
The food was not bad, but the chicken tenders were lukewarm, and the fries had become soggy by the time I picked up, the app told me to pick up in about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if I were late or the foods just had cooled off by the time I arrived. It's not fun eating chicken strips or fries that aren't hot
You do get unlimited fountain soda refills, and it's Coke (I hate Pepsi!), 😋😋and the parking is easy since it's inside a huge plaza.
The service is pretty good.

What bad customer service, since we arrived while the restaurant was still in service and a lady with a bad face comes out saying that it was closed and it is not the first time that this happens to us with this lady with red hair and it is ugly because one goes with the best attitude.

Tried mango habanero and Cajun. Both below average, skin too thick and spice tasted raw. I don't think I'll go back. Paid $20 for 10 pieces with fries and a drink, not really cheap. Popeyes wings are way better!

This place is a disaster. If zero or negative stars were possible, thats what it should be. 2pm Sunday afternoon, with only 2 customers in the place, no one in line, and 3-4 staff milling around, I was informed that my basic order would take 30-40 min. Last time I tried this place it was also a giant hassle, giving up now. Bizarre

Ordered some bone-in, boneless wings and fries for the family. Overall the food was good, but we did not enjoy the boneless wings, especially the ones with the garlic parmesan sauce. The flavor wasn’t there and it had an extra taste that wasn’t expected. The mango habanero bone-in wings were good. The fries were ok as well. We like that they are hand cut.

The girl with red hair acted so rude when I asked if their hiring she mugged me like a gangster. Unprofessional. Not nice at all. Thank God I didn't want food there. Worst service ever. No stars
I came in to pick up my online order at 7:00, and the employee said it’ll be out in a few minutes. Every time an order is ready for pickup, she calls it out. After 20 minutes i go up and ask where my order is, she grabs it off the shelf, because she never called my name when it was done. Wings were cold so i assume they’d been sitting there for a good while. Don’t go here.
