“EDIT UPDATE: I have given this location 5 stars in the past and I am going to do so for one reason and one reason only..... the owner! My family obviously orders from this establishment ALOT ,well recently we had a not so fun experience and the owner went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered 4 pizzas last night and one was raw, my husband had just gotten off of work he was exhausted and just wanted to bring the pizza back to either get a new one or have them recook that same one. Mind you this is the 3rd time this has happened we typically don't complain and this time we did. When my husband called the manager we were met with confrontation and rudeness, she said she would not make another pizza and she was just not pleasant, so my husband went down in person and asked her for the owners phone number, and she gave him it while saying he's going to tell you the same thing I am! When my husband called the owner he was extremely professional, understanding, and rectifying of the situation. My husband said talking to him was like talking to a long lost friend! He was very kind and apologized and he more than made the situation better. I truly believe we all have bad days because even as my husband was leaving the manager said " next time you order theres a option for well done." Im sorry honey but Raw vs. Well done is a huge difference we don't want our pizza burnt just cooked. I am still very happy with the outcome, and hope that the manager can not take things so personally! It is not a reflection of her if something like this happens but it is a reflection of her how she handled it, that being said A HUGE SHOUT OUT to the owner!! Thank you for making things right we will continue to order from your restaurant and we will continue to speak highly of it!Great customer service!! Thats key guys!! Clean store! Owner is hands on and doesn't treat employees like crap.... Oh did I mention its clean unlike many other fast foods!! Thnx guys!! Keep it up!!“

“One of my best mistakes!! I’m a fulltime RVer & my GPS brought me here instead of Honey Lake RS. Awesome lady at Pizza Factory said No Problem to stay that night.
I mentioned that I like pizza but can’t eat cheese, she made me the a cheese less veggie pizza. YUM
This turned out one of my BEST overnight stays. THANK YOU PIZZA FACTORY ?“

Kid-friendliness: They showed me lots of respect and courtesy with a smile.
Wheelchair accessibility: You could easily fit a wheelchair through the front door and lots of open room inside.“
