Extremely disappointing. Food was below average and no public restroom Worst of all, they don't serve water... unless you buy a bottled beverage. What's with the inflated reviews??!

I ordered a shrimp tostada and a shrimp and pulpo cocktail.the shrimp tostada was not good or horrible.now the cocktail needed ingredients.there are places that give you more shrimp or they give you more tomatoes,cucumbers,unions,etc.this place gives you less of everything.the juice didn't have a good flavor.I came here cause they open early but I should of wait till 10 for Rosarito fish market to open.
