If you want Mexican sushi this place to be Cali, kiru is the man ! treated me with great hospitality, I highly recommend this spot
I don’t know what the heck I just found.. but it’s one of my new favorite fusions of food. I was just driving through for work and got the super roll not exactly knowing what to expect and it was one of the best damn things I’ve ever had. Will 100% be coming back when I’m in the area

El Super Salchichon is a food truck with excellent food and service. Customers highly recommend it. The menu includes Super Roll, El Sinaloa roll, hotdogs, sachipapas, flautitas, Yakemeshi, Shrimp Zarandeado, Three Cheeses, El Culiacan, and El Rock and Roll. The Super Roll is fantastic, the sachipapas are delicious with so much flavor, and the flautitas are good but best eaten quickly because the juices from the condiments leave them a little soggy. The food is great and very tasty. The service is excellent and prompt, and he is very accommodating with customizations and helps if you can't decide.
