I have friends from out of town planning a wedding for late September and we went for a tasting which ended up being a wonderful experience.Michael prepared an incredible array of delicious surf and turf foods from the appetizers to the mains.He used fresh ingredients that were presented beautifully, and he displayed a vast knowledge of all aspects of catering.He IS a professional and our friends' wedding well be in good hands when it comes to the food service!!We are all looking forward to it!!!

Their menu is simply AMAZING, truly don’t think you could go wrong with any of the choices. Our guests absolutely raved about the garlic mashed potatoes (more than 5 people said it was the best garlic mashed they had ever had)! 10/10 would use As You Wish again for any catering needs!

Mike and his crew provided an exceptional experience at a private party in a home at Tahoe. The menu included three apps, one vegan/gluten free, salad and pistachio crusted Alaskan halibut. He also provided three vegan/gluten free entrees plated for my friends who needed to be accommodated. The apps were served over the first hour and then dinner and finally an amazing pear/apple tart. I highly recommend As You Wish. He was responsive and easy to coordinate. Wonderful experience and best food on the north shore

As You Wish Catering catered our daughter's wedding at Tahoe Blue Estate in November. They worked with my daughter (the bride) regarding the menu as she is vegan and a guest needed gluten free. They did a great job and the food was delicious. We also had two bars and bartending was also included. Can't go wrong using As You Wish Catering.

With a 1+ year engagement, we had plenty of times we changed our mind on the menu/food options, but Mike helped us narrow it down and worked with us when our headcount changed several times. We had a wonderful tasting before the wedding at their test kitchen to taste everything. Mike worked with my planner the whole time and provided the staff and bartenders for our event. Everything went so smoothly, couldn't recommend Mike and his team enough!
