The duck and scallops were very good though the portions were modest for a $ 50 main course. Didn't like that they charge you extra for using a credit card. The cost of the food should cover that fee.
One of our favorite Lake Tahoe restaurants. We celebrated my wife's birthday there, and the food and service is amazing. They have gluten free options. The views are wonderful. Make sure to get a table by the window. The portions are not huge, but very flavorful. You also have to book your reservation with a credit card on Open Table, which is not usual.
Christy Hill is our favorite restaurant in Tahoe City, and we make a point of coming (sometimes more than once) when we are here. Location is great, with a beautiful lake view - inside or outside, the ambience is wonderful.
