We came for dinner on a Friday night on a holiday weekend and were sat with no wait! We had the best waitress, Kira. Loved the butternut squash ravioli and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! Wish we could have seen the view in the daylight!

Solid food, nothing spectacular but good enough. Our party had very satisfactory pan-seared tuna, grilled halibut, and pork chop. My order of short ribs suffered from the widespread American tendency to de-fat everything and hope that attracts more diners.
Service was amiable and food delivered fast (it’s a short menu, so minimal final prep is needed).
The location at a key junction, with tables overlooking the Truckee River, is a plus for visitors.

The best meal we’ve had in the Tahoe area all week long. Just perfectly done — my halibut with tomato shallot sauce was out of this world. Going to try and make it at home, it was very impressive! The potatoes gratin were perfect, and the rosemary bread and butter was also divine. Thanks for feeding us so well on our honeymoon. 🥰

We had a good meal here other than one diner receiving chicken that was a bit dry. The server cooker placed that dish with another choice.
Will go back if I’m here. Food atmosphere and service were are ‘homely’ loved the portions, the quality and the people.

We came here on a Monday night and sat at the bar. Bartender recommended the lamb chops and they were 5/5. May be the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. Not that I have lamb a lot but there was really nothing left to be desired. Maybe the potatoes were a tad salty, but not too salty to where it was bothering me. Cook was done well - my wife got medium + and I asked for medium rare. This is the best food we’ve had in Lake Tahoe so far. Would definitely come back and get the lamb again.

Landed in this place for a date night dinner. This spot has the perfect vibe—an outdoor patio right on the Truckee River, live music, and super cute surroundings. We ordered a quite a bit of food, and most of it hit the mark. The tempura shrimp was light, crispy, and delicious. The seared tuna had a great portion but could’ve used more flavor—maybe a better sear. The lamb was tender and tasty, but the five small pieces left us wanting more. Then came the corn chowder, which was… milk and corn with a dry muffin. Definitely not chowder. Honestly, it should’ve been 86’d. Even with that one miss, we had an amazing evening. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and mostly solid food. Would come back for sure! ❤️
