Finallyyyy I found you! I have been on the hunt for WildFlour Baking Company because of the positive reviews I have heard from many guests around Squaw Valley. The hype is real. The cookies? Delicious. The EM Taco flavor?!? Amazing! It's an english muffin stuffed with tasty ground beef, taco flavor of course! WildFlour is a delicious bakery that also offers breakfast items and lunch sandwiches. If you are in the area, make it a point to come visit and try everything you can!

Great place but really annoying they don't take cash. Every time I see their obnoxious signs, I consider ripping the signs down in protest. Every credit card transaction costs a % of revenue as I'm sure you well know. You could encourage cash and save a lot of money.

I got a gc here when I first moved to Tahoe and have been hooked ever since. I buy one at the beginning of the season and then can treat my workmates, friends and family whenever!!! I should have written a reveiw years ago. LOVE Susan and her crew and of course love the cookies and everything else. My daughter got her own pass as she could eat healty and vegetarian here. so great love their community spirit and their cookies of course Every time I go there it makes me glad to live in Tahoe!

This place has bomb cookies, don’t get me wrong - but save yourself the trouble and order coffee/drinks somewhere else! It’s just too expensive and they mess up my drinks constantly. I’ve finally given up. Today I asked for a chai latte and just got a warm cup of chai concentrate… it should be like half milk, or literally just have any milk at all - after all it is a latte. I asked the guy at the front to fix it (very respectfully) and he added a little milk to this full cup of chai concentrate. It’s not drinkable, it’s like sugar syrup.? I’m not mad or anything because it’s not this guys fault if no one taught him to make drinks (the only possible explanation, bc as a former barista serving up a cup of hot chai concentrate is pretty wild?) just don’t buy drinks here - get your cookies and breakfast burritos and go to the coffee bar, or Starbucks at palisades for drinks.

Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are so good! The bagels are the best I've ever had. They're really light but still chewy. I get the everything that is loaded up with garlic that sticks with ya all day. Perfect meal to kick off a day on the hill.

Really bad service! Food might be okay though. Spent 20 mins in line to buy a cookie pass only to be redirected to another line since only one cashier can process a cookie pass. I waited another 20 mins for that line and wasn't allowed to order food and add that order to the cookie pass. In other words save time placing the order with a cashier while waiting to give them $100-300 dollars for a cookie pass. I asked for a manager and she said offered to help but after standing around for 40+ mins I didn't feel like giving them hundreds of dollars.

This place is $$$. $15 for a bagel sandwich and worth every penny (especially slopeside). Chocolate chip cookies are unbeatable!

Dry cinnamon roll and pretzel, no flavor, expensive. Hot cocoa from powder. Lighting not adequate. Fake fireplace. Friendly service.

After two trips to this bakery, I think it's time to write a review. It's tucked away in the basement of the Olympic House at Palisades Ski Resort, but worth searching for. It's a great affordable stop for breakfast or lunch. The bakery offers a variety of baked goods (pictures below), sandwiches, soup, and chili at prices that are very reasonable for a ski resort. Unfotunately, I haven't tried everything on the menu because I keep going back for their chili. The chili is hearty, has plenty of meat, and come with a breadstick on the side. It's $10.00 for a 12oz serving which is enough to keep me going for an afternoon of skiing. It's got a nice kick to it, but isn't overly spicy. It's a popular spot for lunch, so the seats fill up, and the lines get longer. The staff is efficient, so you usually don't have to wait very long. Enjoy!

Absolutely delicious bagels!! Home made, sky high, served with cream cheese in every flavor! Mountain style bread! Perfect fir the crew at the lodge and all my real estate partners at Sierra Sotheby’s, out of town clients, friends and colleagues. Located in Olympic Village right near the Funi lift.

No employee discount :/ would be cool to show some appreciation for the people who make it possible for them to even do business
