EDIT- I visited the bakery and explained my experience and the manager was extremely sympathetic and said she speaks to her staff often about being more understanding and she will continue to do so. She agreed there was so reason for rude customer service and apologized on behalf of her staff. She said that unfortunately they are not able to have spare masks to pass out since they would need to have them either individually wrapped or out a box so customers could take for themselves...read full review
