Jersey Mike's Subs

I recently came here to pick up my lunch order. The line was to the back wall at their deli counter. I quietly waited my turn to ask for my order as the line was busy and the staff had to take on multiple orders because it looked like everyone in line had one.

They moved that line so well and so efficiently and all while smiling and being kind and courteous to each person in line was a very impressive and amazing thing to see, when I had a chance the gentleman up at the cash register quickly stepped aside to retrieve my order and got back into the line seamlessly. Service like that should always be appreciated and recognized

6/14/25: I order here at least a few times a week. I ordered a tuna on uber eats for my pregnant wife, and unfortunately the app does not allow you to add cheese on the tuna. Simply not an option. I called in to see if they can add cheese to my order. The server/manager simply refused. Told me to go on the app, and order a 2nd item on uber (pay delivery twice for a piece of cheese). The manager wouldn’t budge. Customer service isn’t a priority at this location, so now I’ll take my money at the Jersey mikes down the street. One stupid decision just cost you at least $100 per week of my business. Teach your staff some manners.

For a chain store, not bad. Nice change from the alternative chain sub store. These guys are always on time and curtious. No complaints!

They are just running around repeating "Thank you, thank you, thank you.."
I wish they could have respected customers in action.!

i love jersey mike’s, but this is the SECOND time that my sandwich made at this location had hair in it. SECOND time. i do NOT recommend this location whatsoever, if you’re craving jersey mike’s head over to the encino location nearby down the street - where the staff are kind, sweet, & helpful, and the place is clean, as is my food. i’d avoid this location, as i plan to do so from here on out; jersey mike’s ENCINO location is the way to go.

The worse steak and cheese ever I had was in here,
The neat was garbage,
It was some kind of wood shape in the steak, which when I showed it to person Cashier, he told me it is cheese,
I am retired in this kind of Fast food Bussiness from Boston and La.
I did not have any kind of steak meat like this to be hard , also as a matter of fact it was not meat at all, I had that at 3 pm and fell puke it out.
I do not suggest it at all

Jersey Mike’s is hands down one of my favorite sandwich spots! The subs are always fresh, loaded with high-quality ingredients, and made to order. I love how they slice the meat right in front of you, giving it that extra freshness and authenticity. The “Mike’s Way” toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, spices, and the signature vinegar/oil blend) are a must – they really elevate the flavors.

I usually go for the #13 “The Original Italian,” and it never disappoints. The bread is soft but sturdy, holding all the delicious ingredients together without falling apart. Portions are generous, and I always leave satisfied.

Service is quick, and the staff is super friendly and efficient. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing it to go, you can expect consistently great food.

If you’re craving a real, hearty sub, Jersey Mike’s is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Lizzy, Sophia, Justin and Alejandro are the best! They laugh and have a great work flow together. It was 30 min to close, they welcomed us, made our food perfect plus I was even asked if I wanted to use my points to cover a full sub. Thank you staff for making my experience the best ever!

I like Jersey Mike’s but sometimes they be taking hella long to fix my sandwich. I ordered a Bacon Chicken Ranch sub and I swear it took 15 min to make. Now it was good, but I was trying to get in and out on an30-min lunch break and just getting the sandwich took all my time!

I absolutely love these little turkey and cheese subs!! I'm upset with myself for not patronizing this establishment sooner. I've purchased at least one sub a day since I decided to try it out a couple of weeks ago, and I have not been disappointed yet. Everything is always fresh and properly made. Oh yeah, the chocolate chip cookie is yummy as well..
