My food was horrible. Maybe there was an 1/8 of inch ofMeat in my taco. Flavor was like a paste!!! Ordered nachos it was a bag of chips and cheese in a separate container ???? Kids where typical millennials idiots Never going back here

I ordered my lunch in-store today at 2:30 PM from the Taco Bell app and chose the 'as soon as possible' option for drive-thru. After 30 minutes, I arrived, but the manager, Elvin, refused to hand me my food because I was on a scooter. His excuse was that it's not safe, but there wasn't a car in the drive-thru. You did not do your job on time and my order wasn't ready after 30 minutes. That's why . f the food was ready so I could pick it up and go in 2 seconds. So the problem was you did not do your job on time . I canceled the order and reordered, but I had to wait again. What is the point of the Taco Bell app? I wasted an hour of my time; the food wasn't good, it was unclean, and trashawful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! 👎👎👎👎👎

Don't bother customizing stuff. I specifically ordered no cheese on my burrito and that burrito clearly has cheese. On both of the burritos I ordered. So not just a contamination mistake. I've subbed sauces before and it's always wrong
