I wish I have good things to say but unfortunately the past two times I’ve been in coffee bean I haven’t experienced great customer service. The wait time is extremely long. Employees are not friendly. Employees don’t greet everyone only some guest. They are not organized. I really wish the girls that work there would not be so rude. Please be a little more kind.
Always nice and clean location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Miriam was fantastic and greeted me with a smile and even asked about my day. She is definitely a great asset for the staff and an example of what true customer service is all about. Thanks

Great customer service and the wait is not too long
I can’t say enough great things about Emma, Erika, Vanessa, and Gaby — they are hands down the BEST baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by! Every visit to this Coffee Bean location is a treat because of them. They are always so sweet, kind, and welcoming, and their customer service is absolutely top-notch.
They remember your favorite drinks, make the perfect recommendations every time, and always greet you with a smile. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. Thanks to them, this store has such a warm and friendly vibe — I absolutely LOVE this Coffee Bean! Keep being amazing.
Not only are the coffee and other drinks amazing, but the staff, especially Gabby, really sets this coffee spot apart from other chains. She is a lovely person and I want to go back just to hang out and have a drink with her, lol! Thank you for making my day!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your Coffee Bean locations. The incident occurred earlier today and involved an employee named Stella.
Upon entering the store, I greeted Stella, who unfortunately did not acknowledge me in any way. I proceeded to place an order for coffees and a croissant. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, my name was finally called. However, I was only given the coffees. Another 10 minutes passed, and becoming increasingly frustrated, I requested to speak with the manager. Regrettably, this individual also demonstrated a lack of professionalism.
At this point, I decided to leave. I placed my check on the counter, as I was not informed of the total amount. Later, upon checking my bank statement, I noticed a charge of $17.19. To my dismay, I discovered that a tip had been automatically added to my bill without my authorization. When I inquired about a refund, the tip amount was not included.
I find the practice of automatically adding a tip without customer consent to be highly unethical and unacceptable. Furthermore, the lack of attentive and professional service I experienced from both the initial employee and the manager is deeply concerning.
I request a full refund for my order, including the unauthorized tip. I also urge you to address the issues raised in this email with the employees involved to ensure that other customers do not experience similar problems in the future.
I highly recommend this location. Marlee was amazing! She was so kind over the intercom while I ordered through the drive-through.
