Someone needs to speak English, I was treated horribly, ignored, I called in ahead of time to place a pick up order and no one spoke English finally some guy in the back gets on the phone and takes my order, I get there and the order isnât even started, when I was done paying I was putting my wallet away and she had her hand out than impatiently threw out my receipt instead of just waiting 1 more second or simply putting it on the table. The food was good but the employees need to change.

Has pastries baked fresh daily. Cakes and Croissants are delicious and are baked fresh. They also carry additional delights such as cinnamon rolls, banana and coffee cakes. Coffee is also great, made fresh each time. Go check um out. They won't disappoint!
Parking: It's a shared lot but there's usually lots of parking space during the late evening hours.

Service is usually nice but not today. Lady was yelling directions to customers out in spanish only, even though there were non-spanish customers. Someone should be able to speak some english. I wanted to ask a question but she refused to answer and just ignored me.

The food tastes fine .. the atmosphere is fine for what it is nothing fancy âŠThe service was ok with the ladies that helped me and friend out with our order at first and then this guy that wouldnât give a name of course butted in when we opened the sandwich in front of them to check for the extra bacon and avacado that was paid for extra!! By the way to add to the sandwiches was non existent basically besides one little scrap of bacon on my friends sandwich that she showed them and He wouldnât look at and then on mine the avacado that we paid extra for looked more like a wiped off knife onto the sandwich from an avacado rather than actual avacado?? Whatâs the deal????? And the RUDE response was âwell itâs in there somewhere!â Are you kidding me?? Thatâs what this place will tell you as a customer that paid extra for something that isnât there.. I didnât think I could be surprised now of days with the idiotic things people say and do but today I was surprised at this one! This one was great! âWell, itâs in there somewhereâ Thanks Wenchells your employee is doing a great job ? (sarcasm just incase people need to know)

Sooo rude. Literally didnât even say hello- just barked at us he was alone and that he had to be quick the SECOND we walked in, and became extremely impatient as my husband whoâs not from America looked at the menu for the first time in his life. Got home after being the hospital all night to find my veggie bagel was actually a stack of onions, one tiny tomato slice, one cucumber, and entirely missing the avocado.
