This place is a cool hole-in-the-wall kind of place. Great beer! Yummy food next door @ Kit Fox Cafe.
As a full-time overlander, I enjoy visiting small towns and engaging with the locals. I camped on public land nearby after leaving the park. I found Dan and the rest of the locals and most out-of-towners very friendly and approachable. I left with good memories and a growler of great amber! I look forward to my next visit with great anticipation.

The Kit Fox Cafe is a charming oasis serving delicious food and coffee. Their menu features homemade treats like carrot pumpkin soup with fresh baked bread, biscuit sandwiches, turkey clubs, breakfast burritos, scones, muffins, and pizzas. This amazing stop by Death Valley offers delicious food in a unique atmosphere. They make everything there, baked goods, pizza, soup...yum. The cafe is a treat, with meals and professionalism that could easily stand out in larger cities. It's an oasis in the desert, worth a visit for the flavor and quality of the food. The cafe shares a building with a brewery and has indoor and patio seating, with the patio being dog-friendly. Visitors can enjoy a break from the road while touring Death Valley or drive out from Vegas for the day, as the food is worth the trip.
