My sons Salmon was overcooked and the asparagus had worms in the top portion. Told manager they might want to check there inventory to make sure, she disappeared never to come back within the next 20 minutes before we left. Never a reply which leads me to believe she was cleaning up the kitchen. Worst overall experience at this location, will not be going back anytime soon.

Okay good things first, customer service is great. From the reception to servers to supervisors, they’re all nice. But you dont go here just for the customer service. You go here to have good food cooked in front of you. Their “chefs” are a hit or miss. Sadly, the “chef” who cooked in front of us wasn’t good at all, burned our food and doesn’t even try to have good rapport with us. He threw out a couple jokes that are obviously scripted but turned out really dry when he said it. It’s just annoying that you pay a lot of money for a bowl of bad (and burnt) fried rice, a sloppy grilled onions and zucchini that doesn’t even taste like anything and a tiny portion of protein. On normal days, I would have complained about it but we’re celebrating a birthday and I didn’t want to spoil the mood. We tried some other dishes but none of them tasted fine. I came home feeling scammed. Not going back again. Also, if you get overstimulated easily by noise, smoke and being really close to other people, this is not the place for you.

We love Benihana. We are always excited to find one in the town we are visiting. The Benihana in Temecula was by far one of the best we have been to. The host, the server, the chef, the food….everything was on point. Very impressed with the Temecula Benihana. We will be back for sure! Thank you for a great experience.

Please save your time, money, and sanity and eat at any other restaurant in this area. This experience was truly horrible. We came in with a party of 4 for a birthday and were told there was no wait. Surprise - there was OVER AN HOUR before the chef came to our table. The wait was so bad I saw a group at another table get up and leave. Then our chef came and proceeded to very slowly cook everyone’s meal one at a time, by this point everyone at our table was very hungry. After all the wait the food was not even tasty along with being extremely overpriced. I will never come back.

What an incredibly fun time! Ideal for a large group. The chefs are more entertainers than chefs because no chef would cook scallops on a grill for 10 minutes. Thank goodness I ordered the Spicy Hibachi chicken, which was SPICY! Great time overall

Very disorganized. We had a reservation as did many others and they poorly managed the process. We were told it would take over an hour to seat us in spite of the reservation. Don’t waste your time.

Unfortunately I decided to come with friends for my son's birthday. At the beginning I request a high chair for my baby. I stood waiting for a good while, the lady had said give me a few minutes. A lady came to bring drinks and didn't say anything. The lady I originally spoke with finally came back and completely forgot about my baby even after passing by before and standing there waiting.

Soon as we sat we waited for what almost seemed an eternity (Around 2 hours). We were given a card for our wait time as a forgiveness, though the food wasn't worth the wait. The fried rice didn't taste good and was hard, despite there was a guy cooking it in front of us.

For the first experience it was certainly the worst. Wait times are expected but I am not exaggerating the time. We made the mistake to accept desert though even that took like half an hour to just bring the ice cream.

Despite the forgiveness the night was already disappointing.

Worst Birthday ever.

I had better service at other locations. It took 20 minutes for my party to get served. While a party next to us got seated and drinks right away. I was on the brink to leave when the waitress finally asked for our drinks. Luckily, I already knew what we were going to get because it would have taken another 10 minutes to order, probably. Our drinks took a while, and the food as well. I got the wagyu burger...damn, I paid a lot for 1 slider and the fries was too spicy for my kids. Than another party got seated and they got quick serves. We got our food the same time as the tables that came later.... I noticed the minority got bad service and caucasian got quick and better serves. I will not be going back and I will let everyone know not to go there.

The service was awesome! The food was delicious! Dining here was a great experience! This Benihana will absolutely be in our regular dining out rotation!

Parking: This location is located with a huge mall property containing more than ample parking.

Kid-friendliness: In past visits we brought our grandchildren. The cooks always went out of their way to ensure they were entertained!

“Had an amazing experience at Benihana! The Japanese food was absolutely delicious, from the fresh sushi to the perfectly grilled hibachi dishes. The standout, though, was the service. Bill, the bartender, went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and had some great drink recommendations that paired perfectly with our food. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our night special. If you’re looking for great food and outstanding service, definitely ask for Bill at the bar! Can’t wait to go back!”

This was the first time coming to Benihana’s! It will be the last time too!!! We were soon disappointed! Food was mediocre for the price! Not worth $40 a plate!! Paid $28 dollars for not even close to fried rice! Nothing special just burnt up steak and shrimp no flavor at all!! We probably would have gotten a better me and deal at Sizzlers! I understand that you pay a little extra for the entertainment but come on now!!!! This place is a joke! We will never be back! Don't waste your time and money here!

Had reservations at 8. Sat down and waiting for an hour to order drinks. Then waiting a while to order food. Finally manager had to take order, and waiting awhile to get a chef. Ended up leaving at 10:30, service was bad, and rushed.
