First off, amazing food. Our chef, Levi, definitely brought the energy but also outstanding cooking. Sarah and Samantha were our servers and they were super friendly and professional. That all being said, the check-in people need customer service training. Two young people standing there with apathetic faces and barely any effort. Also surprised there wasn't more seating in the front for guests to sit while they wait for their tables. Overall, the food made the experience...

We love coming to this location, considering it's the only one in the area. We've been coming here since it opened and they had a year when some issues occurred with slow service and waiting around for a chef took forever but now it's seems to be run a lot more smoothly. We did the thanksgiving special this year and we enjoyed it. We come at least 4 to 5 times a year.

Went for the Thanksgiving special ($39 meal). Server told us there was no Thanksgiving meal special, even though we confirmed it in the email sent to us from Benihana. Ended up eating Japanese Hibachi food.
